We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Operator to join our team.
What’s you'll do?
- Operate and manoeuvre EWP equipment safely on-site
- Assist with setup, operation, and pack-down of machines
- Carry out basic checks, maintenance, and reporting on equipment
- Work alongside a supportive crew to get the job done right
What We’re Looking For?
- EWP Licence over 11m (essential)
- White Card and Working Safely at Heights certification
- HR Truck Licence and experience in driving trucks
- Experience working at heights and stabilising the truck
- Professional attitude and strong safety mindset

We’re looking for a capable and mechanically experienced Operations Manager to lead our Cairns branch. This is a steady-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who understands heavy equipment, enjoys supporting a small team of four staff, and can coordinate both workshop activity and rental operations with care and consistency. Reporting to the North Queensland Operations Manager based in Townsville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and support a team of mechanics
- Coordinate dry hire rentals, fleet availability, and job scheduling
- Ensure all equipment is serviced, safe, and ready for hire
- Manage customer communications and ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain records, safety compliance, and assist with invoicing
- Support a positive, accountable team culture
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment (essential)
- Experience in workshop or rental operations
- Practical leader who can guide and support a small team
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
- Confident communicator with good admin and system skills
- Able to follow through and keep things on track

What’s you'll do? Set up, stabilise, and operate truck-mounted EWPs (45m-75m) across various sites. It’s hands-on work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where you’ll help shape the future of our operations.
What We're Looking For?
- EWP Licence over 11m (essential)
- HR Truck Licence and experience in driving trucks (essential)
- Experience working at heights and stabilising heavy equipment
- Professional attitude and strong team player
- White Card and Working Safely at Heights certification
- Flexibility to work between 38-66 hours per week
- Availability for overnight jobs, interstate travel, when required

We’re seeking a reliable and safety-minded Yard Hand to support our busy Manufacturing team in Pinkenba.
What You'll Do?
- Safely operate forklift to move materials around the yard
- High-pressure wash and detail our fleet vehicles and equipment
- Keep the yard and workshop clean, safe, and organised
- Assist Fabricators with disassembly and post-fabrication tasks
- Pitch in with general workshop duties to keep work flowing smoothly
What We're Looking For?
- Forklift Licence (essential)
- Experience in fitting, fabrication or industrial yard work (preferred)
- Strong safety mindset, reliable and punctual
- Availability: Mon - Thu 6am - 3.30pm, Fri 6am – 1pm
