Responsibilities:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our fleet
- Ensuring equipment is ready to go for hire or return
- Following strict safety and WHS procedures in the workshop

- Communicating with the team on required parts and job progress
Requirements:
- Trade qualified (preferably heavy diesel)
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, earthmoving or compaction machinery
- Strong diagnostics ability and a good eye for detail
- Basic hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently

- Interpretation of parts
- Disassemble, recondition, and reassemble components

Requirements:

The Role:
We're hiring a Key Account Manager to grow and support key civil construction clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of site work and can deliver the right equipment exactly when it’s needed. The role requires visiting client sites across the Oxenford to Gold Coast region, where we are actively expanding and strengthening our market presence. The role requires reporting to the Brisbane office once a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of civil construction clients in your territory
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project stages, equipment use, and client needs
- Build strong relationships with site supervisors, project managers, and procurement teams
