This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an operator who takes pride in safe work practices and enjoys being part of a professional, well-run operation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive and operate truck-mounted booms across various sites
- Set up, stabilise, operate and pack down equipment on site
- Operate the basket and assist clients as required
- Complete daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain the truck and assist with yard duties when at the depot
What You’ll Need:
- HR Truck Licence with truck driving experience
- EWP Licence (Over 11m), White Card, Working Safely at Heights
- Flexibility for local, overnight, and interstate work
- Strong safety mindset – no preventable incidents

We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Draftsperson to support the rebuild, upgrade and manufacture of Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs).
This is a hands-on manufacturing design role, not a civil or building drafting position. Your drawings go directly to fabrication and assembly.
You will produce workshop-ready drawings for mechanical assemblies and machine components and work closely with external product engineers on new EWP designs.
What Will You Do
- Produce 3D models and fabrication-ready drawings for EWP rebuilds and upgrades
- Work with external engineers to translate designs into practical drawings
- Ensure drawings meet Australian safety and regulatory standards
- Work with workshop and fabrication teams to resolve design issues
- Contribute practical design improvements based on feedback
