We are seeking a confident, commercially minded Contracts Administrator to manage and review customer agreements, interpret key clauses, and support contract negotiations for our hire and supply contracts.
If you have strong contract literacy, can quickly identify risks, and enjoy guiding internal teams on terms and compliance, this role offers autonomy, access to senior leadership, and the chance to make a real impact.
This is a purely office-based, pre-signature role — no court files, billables, or litigation. Just clean, focused commercial contracts work in a stable, respected national business.
What You’ll Do
- Review and assess customer contracts, supply agreements, and commercial terms
- Identify risks, liabilities, indemnities, and unfavourable clauses
- Draft alternative wording and advise leadership on negotiation options
- Support commercial discussions on terms, conditions, and pricing
- Ensure contracts meet operational, safety, and compliance standards
- Assist with tender submissions and major customer agreements
- Draft formal contract correspondence, notices, and letters
- Improve contract templates, processes, and document flow
What We're Looking For
- Background in commercial law, contract review, or legal support/paralegal work
- Ability to confidently interpret contract terms and legal language
- Strong commercial awareness and judgement when assessing risks
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and maintain of our fleet and equipment
- Carry out diagnostics, inspections, and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:
- Trade qualified Fitter (or similar)
- 3+ years’ experience working with heavy equipment
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality work

- Availability: Monday to Thursday 6am - 3.30pm, Friday 6am – 1pm
