Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Support professional to join our team at Perth branch in Forrestdale. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, customer engagement, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Manage databases accurately by updating information regularly.
- Prepare purchase orders, customer invoices, and maintain records.
- Assist with document preparation including reports, presentations, contracts, etc.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support various operations as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels regularly.
- Organize and maintain files both electronically and physically.
- Assist in maintaining branch's policies and procedures for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role in an office environment
- Associated degree or equivalent experience in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts to drive business growth and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate client needs, equipment performance and rental feasibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly engaging in communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling our products/services to existing clients.
- Tailor equipment solutions that align with clients' needs and their project demands.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review account performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends within the industry to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role preferably in a service industry.
- Previous experience in visiting construction sites is preferred.
- A disciplined approach to thoroughly follow accounts and pipeline.
- Ability to build rapport quickly while maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software systems and MS Office.
